Welcome back to studio kitchen for our first in-studio cooking class for the fall! As my summer of weddings wind down, I am eager to change gears and celebrate the wonderful harvest that we enjoy here in Northern Ontario. We will start with a nice and comforting fall soup of winter squashes, spiced with ginger and move on to one of my favourite fall salads featuring the mighty kale! Our main course will include a savoury stuffed beef tenderloin and feature some garden vegetables that are often overlooked such as the rutabaga and sunchoke. We will end with an elegant stuffed baked apple, a perfect vessel for rum sauce! The menu is naturally gluten free. For any other dietary restriction, please dontact me and we can work out how to fit this menu to your needs. As usual, the class will include a recipe booklet to take home, so that you can make it all over again in your own kitchens.

Class is ~3.5 hrs in length and includes full recipes so that you can recreate this at home. Bring a favourite person, your favourite beverage and your appetite for this delicious and informative tour of what’s in season this fall! Space is limited so sign up soon!
Registration
Cost is $72 per guest, plus HST and 15% gratuity, with a total of $92. Register through e-transfer to info@afinefitcatering.ca and be sure to make a note of the particular class this is for in the memo! SOLD OUT
Refund Policy
Your seat is confirmed once payment has been received. If you are unable to attend the class, please let me know at least one week in advance. A refund of 100% will be provided if notice is given at least one week in advance or if you are able to find someone else to take your spot. Less than 1 week notice will result in a 50% refund. Please contact me with extenuating circumstances.
Alcohol
While wine is not served or provided by A Fine Fit Catering, guests are welcome to bring their own. A safe ride home plan needs to be in place before any more than one alcoholic drink can be consumed. Please inform me of the plan for ensuring safe transportation following the class. If a designated driver is required, we can arrange for Granite Town Cars or other transportation to ensure safety. An additional charge would incur for this service.
