For this virtual class, you will get a hands-on experience of some of my most popular Valentine’s menu dishes! You’ll learn a delicious bacon-wrapped appetizer and salad dressing technique, classic risotto, one of my favourite roasted chicken dishes and finally how to make a foolproof chocolate soufflé. This menu is perfect date night fare so dress up the table with candles and wine, forget the messy kitchen, and enjoy a night in together!
- Bacon-wrapped marinated figs over microgreens with balsamic and honey vinaigrette
- Chicken piccata in a white wine sauce, classic risotto, roasted asparagus
- Dark chocolate soufflé
The class is about 3 hours in length and begins promptly at 4:30 pm. However, we will open up the room at 4:00 so that guests can prepare, ask questions and connect with other guests. At 7:00 or so we will adjourn and enjoy our delicious creations!
Cost is $40 (including HST) per household/computer. Register through Paypal link below or e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to make a note of the particular class this is for in the memo! Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation, and several days before the class begins you will receive full recipes and prep materials.
Your seat is confirmed once payment has been received. If you are unable to attend the class, please let me know at least one week in advance. A refund of 100% will be provided if notice is given at least one week in advance or if you are able to find someone else to take your spot. Less than 1 week notice will result in a 50% refund.
