February is the month where we celebrate the people that we love, and so as usual I have geared my February class for couples! Grab your favourite human and join me for a unique evening out with delicious food, new friends and a lot of fun! We’ll be preparing a savoury appetizer on a bed of microgreens, learning about blended soups and how to make potatoes bake into beautiful roses. We’ll enjoy a delicious roasted chicken dish with white wine sauce and finish up with bruleeing our own Baked Alaskas for an icy yet warm dessert course. Local producers featured this month include: Prime Gelato, Breukelman Farms, Veg-e-tate market garden, Tarrymore Farms, and Thunder Oaks cheese farm!
Class is 3.5 hrs in length and includes full recipes so that you can recreate this dinner together at any time. Space is limited so sign up soon!

- Sweet pepper and tomato bisque with basil pesto swirl, aged Gouda
- Bacon wrapped marinated figs, microgreens and balsamic glaze
- Ginger pear sorbetto – by Prime Gelato
- Chicken piccata in a white wine sauce, potato rosettes, roasted asparagus
- Individual cherry almond baked Alaska
Registration
Cost is $80 (including HST). So, for a couple, total cost is $160. Register through Paypal link below (additional fee of $3 per guest) or e-transfer to info@afinefitcatering.ca and be sure to make a note of the particular class this is for in the memo!
Refund Policy
Your seat is confirmed once payment has been received. If you are unable to attend the class, please let me know at least one week in advance. A refund of 100% will be provided if notice is given at least one week in advance or if you are able to find someone else to take your spot. Less than 1 week notice will result in a 50% refund. Please contact me with extenuating circumstances.
Alcohol
While wine is not served or provided by A Fine Fit Catering, guests are welcome to bring their own. A safe ride home plan needs to be in place before any alcohol can be consumed. Please inform me of the plan for ensuring safe transportation following the class. If a designated driver is required, we can arrange for Granite Town Cars or other transportation to ensure safety. An additional charge would incur for this service.
