February – Be My Valentine – 2nd Serving SOLD OUT

February is the month where we celebrate the people we love! Accordingly, I have geared my February class for couples! Join me in my studio kitchen for a special evening out with delicious food, new friends and SO MUCH fun!  Borrowed from the French and Italian culinary tradition, these courses will be sure to delight your palettes. You’ll learn salad dressing technique, preparing blended soups, how to make potatoes bake into beautiful roses, and finish it off with some classic tiramisu. Local producers featured this month are: Prime Gelato, B&B Farms, Veg-e-tate market garden, Laqoix Aquaponics, Superior Seasons online market, and Thunder Oaks Cheese Farm.

Class is ~3.5 hrs in length and includes full recipes, so that you can recreate this dinner together at any time. Space is limited and fills up fast so sign up soon!

 

Menu:

  • Grilled pear, microgreens and toasted walnuts in a lemon shallot vinaigrette
  • Mushroom bisque with truffle oil
  • Chicken saltimbocca in a white wine sauce, potato rosettes with aged Gouda, wild blueberry roasted beets
  • Tiramisu

Refund Policy

Your seat is confirmed once payment has been received. If you are unable to attend the class, please let me know at least one week in advance. A refund of 100% will be provided if notice is given at least one week in advance or if you are able to find someone else to take your spot. Less than 1 week notice will result in a 50% refund. Please contact me with extenuating circumstances.

 

Alcohol

While wine is not served or provided by A Fine Fit Catering, guests are welcome to bring their own. A safe ride home plan needs to be in place before any alcohol can be consumed. Please inform me of the plan for ensuring safe transportation following the class. If a designated driver is required, please arrange for transportation to ensure safety.

***PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance requirements, as of November 2023, a signed waiver is required for all guests. Physical copies of this waiver will be made available at the outset of the class as well.***
