I am honoured to be a part of this event, put on by the Rotary Club and held at our beloved Regional Food Distribution Centre. Volker Kromm of the RFDA will host this exciting virtual cooking show, focused on Gluten and Dairy Free cooking! While each course is tailored to be Gluten and Dairy-free, you won’t be able to tell. The beauty of cooking from scratch is that we can easily avoid allergens without sacrificing on quality. As guest Chef, I will guide us through the courses and Volker will do his thing. With special guest Cameron Bill, my 11-year-old, who will guide us through a family-friendly dessert course, this promises to be a fun ride! All proceeds go to the Easter Seals.
