I am excited to bring back my Eat Clean cooking class for another year! This year I’m featuring wild walleye from Lake of the Woods, blackened with pineapple sauce – it’s AMAZING! Come and be inspired as we discuss the benefits of eating clean and prepare mouth-watering flavours that will help make those New Year’s resolutions stick 😉 Menu is naturally gluten and dairy-free, and is made with fresh, whole foods, avoiding all that processed stuff you know you shouldn’t be eating!
Southwest quinoa and roasted pepper salad
Thai coconut curried butternut squash soup
Sorbetto – by Prime Gelato
Blackened walleye fillet with pineapple sauce, fennel slaw and maple roasted kabocha
Warm chocolate donut with dark chocolate ganache, pistachios and coconut cream
Things to Note:
Classes can fit 8 comfortably around the island. 10 is tight but more than doable.
All classes come with a take-home booklet of recipes and tips from yours truly 🙂
Alcohol is not provided. However, if you choose to bring wine, you must ensure you have a safe ride home. Granite Town Cars is our go-to service and I will ensure they are available at the end of the evening for you.
If you registered but are unable to attend the class, please provide a 48 hr notice otherwise it might not be enough time to find a replacement. In such an event, please understand that I will charge 50% of the cost ($37.50). Emergencies and extenuating circumstances are always taken into consideration.
Registration is not officially confirmed until payment has been received.
Tickets are $75 and can be purchased by calling me (708-3509) or clicking below (a $3 fee is added for purchases through PayPal – sorry!)
Any gift certificate, regardless of value, can be used toward a class!
#tbay! I've got cooking class gift certificates with your name on it! Actually, probably the name of someone you want to give them to as gifts. 🤔Either way, they're here and they're great gifts! DM for details! pic.twitter.com/mC5B…
