Eat For the Season Cooking Class: Fall Harvest III – Second Serving!

Since the Friday class sold out so quickly, I’ve decided to do a repeat of this class for Saturday the 18th!

This month we will be both completed our Eat with the Seasons series by utilizing some wonderful local root vegetables and squashes along with getting ready for holiday entertaining with some new culinary ideas that with spark the imagination and tempt the palate!

Menu:

  • Pumpkin samosas with cranberry chutney
  • Quinoa tabouli salad with pomegranate and mint
  • Creamy rutabaga with bacon and thyme
  • Apple stuffed pork tenderloin with white wine au jus, gnocci with brown butter and sage, sweet roasted butternut squash
  • Pumpkin crème brûlée
