Spending time recently in the Bahamas has indeed made me obsessed with the food of the Caribbean, and so, without further ado, here’s my April class: Flavours of the Caribbean! With some fresh takes on traditional dishes from Jamaica, Tortuga and the Bahamas, you will be inspired to create these again and again, and will feel like you just spent an evening on vacation! Classes are 3 hours in length and combine demonstration with hands on opportunities, and of course you will be eating each delicious course along the way. A take-home recipe booklet is included.
