My favourite time of year to cook is the fall, with the myriad of vegetables dying to be crafted into beautiful dishes. Come out to my second Eat with the Seasons October class to be inspired to use these harvest foods in a new way, and to enjoy rich local offerings like wild boar bacon and Prime Gelato’s lovely sorbetto. This 4-hour class includes 5 courses, with a recipe booklet to take home and try these recipes out for yourself!
